Welcome to CamachoPhotography! We are committed to delivering your fine art pieces securely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders.


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship our fine art prints worldwide from our headquarters in Germany. Please note:

Domestic (Germany): Standard shipping within Germany is available for all orders.

International Shipping: We ship to most countries. However, there may be restrictions in certain regions due to local regulations or logistical constraints.


2. Shipping Costs

Germany: €4.90, regular shipping. Free shipping on orders over €79.00..

EU Countries: approximately €7.90. Free shipping on orders over €129.00.

USA: approximately €30.00.

Rest of the World: Calculated based on destination and size of the order at checkout.

All shipping costs are displayed before finalizing your purchase.


3. Processing Times

Orders are processed within [4-5 business days] of payment confirmation.

Custom or limited-edition prints may require additional time for production. Any delays will be communicated via email.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Germany: approximately 3 business days.

EU Countries: approximately 7 business days.

USA: approximately 15 business days.

Rest of the World: approximately 20 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.


5. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Prints are rolled in protective tubes or shipped flat, depending on the size and type of artwork.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.


7. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking information. Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.


8. Returns and Damages

We take pride in our craftsmanship and packaging, but in the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within [X days] of receiving the order. Include photos of the damage for faster resolution.

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

10. Two Shipments

In order to reduce time of delivery, the expert printing company delivers the artwork directly to your address. They know how to print, box and ship the artwork better than us, so we trust the experts.

We ship directly the Certificate of Authenticity and invoice. We can also send additional offers and gifts.

You will receive two delivery, one from us and one from the printing company.

For returns, customers should make contact with us, CamachoPhotography, never with the printing company that delivered the Artwork. We, CamachoPhotography, must solve any problem with our customers.
