Are the photos original?

Yes. All the photographs are captured and edited exclusively by Alejandro Camacho, the owner of the images, the Shopify store CamachoPhotography Décor, and the CamachoPhotography photo service company.

 

Why are they called fine art prints?

They are called fine art prints because they are crafted with the care and creativity of a skilled artist and produced as limited editions using high-quality inks on premium surfaces. These materials ensure the prints last for decades without fading, cracking, or discoloration. Unlike mass-produced prints on regular paper, each artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.

The photographs are taken with professional equipment and post-processed using advanced software to deliver exceptional quality—unlike snapshots taken with smartphones or casual apps.

 

If they are fine art prints, why are they so affordable?

How do printing and shipping work?

We leave printing and shipping to trusted experts. These professional printing companies use durable inks and premium materials to ensure the highest quality, and they carefully package the artwork to minimize the risk of damage during delivery.

For every artwork ordered, you’ll receive two packages:

1. From CamachoPhotography: Your Certificate of Authenticity and Invoice.
2. From the printing company: The artwork itself.

This method ensures faster delivery and better handling of the product.

 

What should I expect from my order?

You’ll receive an exceptional, high-quality fine art print of your choice from CamachoPhotography Décor, accompanied by its Certificate of Authenticity and Invoice.

The artwork will be printed perfectly, free from scratches, stains, or color spills, and will be precisely cut without dents or rounded corners. Please note that printed images may appear slightly less bright than what you see on screen, as screens often exaggerate brightness. However, these differences are minimal and carefully adjusted during production to ensure the highest quality.

Why do the artworks come without frames?

We want our artworks to be accessible to everyone. Frames add extra costs, increase delivery times, and can complicate mounting. Additionally, people often prefer choosing frames that match their personal style, interior design, or the architecture of their space.

Our Alu-Dibond and canvas prints are lightweight and can be hung easily using strong double-sided tape. For those seeking a more refined look, we recommend visiting a professional framer who can offer various frame types and styles, with or without mats.

Canvas artworks also include a 2 cm internal stretcher frame, making them ready to hang as they are.

Ultimately, whether to frame or not is entirely up to your personal taste and needs.

 

Why should I buy from CamachoPhotography Décor instead the digital files from the accounts of the photographer in the stock agencies?

Stock agencies only offer standard digital files, which are not fine art prints. Fine art prints involve meticulous editing of the original RAW file in high-resolution formats (like TIFF or PSD), ensuring unmatched detail and quality that cannot be achieved with compressed JPG files.

 Unfortunately, some sellers illegitimately use stock images to create low-quality prints without authorization or quality guarantees. Buying directly from CamachoPhotography Décor ensures you’re receiving authentic, expertly crafted fine art, not counterfeit or subpar reproductions.

Who is Alejandro Camacho, Photographer?

Alejandro Camacho is a Venezuelan-born photographer based in Germany. He holds a degree in Computer Science from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, USA, and an MBA from UNET University in Venezuela.

With over 30 years of experience in marketing, Alejandro has a deep understanding of photography and visual storytelling, having worked closely with advertising agencies and commercial photographers. As the son of a journalist, he grew up with a camera always nearby, fostering his lifelong passion for photography.

Since 2012, Alejandro has contributed to stock platforms such as iStock by Getty Images, Shutterstock, and Adobe Stock, where he has amassed a portfolio of over 18,000 assets between photos and videos. He is also an active member of prestigious photography platforms in the USA and the UK, continuously honing his craft.

At present, Alejandro runs CamachoPhotography with his wife (also a photographer) and other family members. Together, they uphold a philosophy centered on customer satisfaction, honesty, quality, accountability, and passion for their art.

 

 

How do I care for my fine art print?

To ensure your fine art print remains in excellent condition for years to come, follow these care tips:

• Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can fade even the highest-quality inks. Place your artwork in areas with indirect light.
• Maintain a stable environment: Avoid hanging prints in areas with excessive humidity (like bathrooms) unless the material is specifically treated for such conditions.
• Clean gently: If needed, clean your artwork using a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid cleaning liquids or abrasive materials that could damage the surface.
• Handle with care: When moving or framing the artwork, ensure your hands are clean and dry to prevent smudges or fingerprints.

 

What are the available sizes and materials?

We offer a variety of sizes to fit different spaces, from small, intimate pieces to large statement artworks.

Soon, you will be able to select sizes for each product. Right now, we offer one size for each product before we test the other sizes quality wise.

Our artworks are printed on:

• Alu-Dibond: A lightweight, durable aluminum composite material known for its sleek, modern look and exceptional durability. Ideal for contemporary spaces.
• Canvas: A classic option that brings texture and warmth to any artwork. Each canvas is stretched over a 2 cm internal frame, making it lightweight and ready to hang.

Can I order a custom photo or size?

Are your prints eco-friendly?

Yes, we care about sustainability. Our prints are made using environmentally friendly inks and high-quality, durable materials to minimize waste and ensure long-lasting artwork.

Additionally, by working with trusted printing companies, we strive to use energy-efficient processes and sustainable packaging wherever possible.

Our production process of imagery is completely digital, we do not used plastic rolls nor chemnicals.

 

Do you ship internationally?

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged package and artwork immediately.
2. Contact us at contact@camachophotography.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
3. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Can I gift an artwork?

Yes, our artworks make excellent gifts!

 

If you’d like the artwork shipped directly to the recipient, simply enter their address during checkout. Please note that the Certificate of Authenticity will not be included in the package, so you have to inform us at contact@camachophotography.com the same day of the order, so we wait until the arrival of the artwork to destination to send the Certificate of authenticity separate from the Invoice.
